Abstract:
Current research is determined by quantitative and nutrient loss of by-product such as fin, intestine, gill and plate waste soft bone and hard bone of pangus (pangasius hypophthalmus) across the value chain from farm to plate. The market survey was guided in Sonapur fish market, Datter hat fish market and municipal market of Noakhali town for species selection.
